Jose Fernando Coelho has just joined Salesforce . The executive has assumed the position of director of customer success in the CRM giant.
Over the past 10 years, Coelho has served at IBM, where he was director of cross-technical sales and services for Latin America.
Between 2002 and 2008, the executive was part of the Microsoft team. Before, he had his first stop at IBM, when he stayed with the company for 12 years.
At the end of August, Salesforce reported financial results for the second quarter of 2017. Revenues for the period increased 26% compared to the year-ago quarter. The company reached $ 2.56 billion in revenue.
For the third quarter, the company estimates revenue of $ 2.64 billion. Thus, Salesforce expects to close the fiscal year 2018 with revenues of $ 10.35 billion.
